Ueasy is partnered with Canada Post and only ships within Canada. Ueasy does not ship internationally. Tracking information is provided with email confirmations on all orders. 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 within Canada. 

On orders under $75, shipping is at a lower cost of $10 if done through standard or expedited shipping.

If done through express or priority shipping, prices will vary depending on the shipping destination and items' weight and size, starting from $12 for express shipping and $13 for priority shipping.

REMOTE LOCATIONS

Remote locations are regions which are too far from urban centres and/or are isolated from services.

If the shipping destination is a remote location, additional shipping fees may be applied depending on the items and free shipping will not be available. 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders usually take one business day after they are placed before they are shipped out. It then takes between 1-5 business days for them to reach the delivery address depending on the location. 

1-2 Days to Montreal

2-3 Days to Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver

4-5 Days to Yukon, North West Territories, Newfoundland 

Please note that these are estimations and that delivery may take longer to arrive.

Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the courier considers it a lost package.

We do not refund shipping cost, please refer to our return policy for further information.

We are not responsible for any parcel returned to us due to a typing error in the shipping address, unless the order was placed by one of our agents.

Locations with higher than usual shipping costs will be excluded from free shipping. Locations far from a courier's hub. Locations that are infrequently served by couriers.

If you placed an order and made a mistake, a charge of $10 plus tax will be applied to reship you the order.

Cancellation of an order

If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will refund the entirety of your order. However, any order that has already been shipped will not be refunded.
